If you're on the smaller side or athletic side like myself I recommend this style. Fits me well. My only complaint is that I got stopped by airport security by the metal detector ??

Overall, I really like this bra. The only thing that wasn't working for me is the fact that my breast shape wasn't the most conducive for the balconette bra. I have always felt like my nipple was gonna fall out.
